Gerardo Cabrera-Meza, MD, invited speaker, Neonatal component of the integrated management of childhood illness strategy, at a course on the high-risk infant and neonatal resuscitation for the Dominican Pediatric Society in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, July 24, 2001.
